Kanika Kapur has joined ELAN Group as the new Assistant General Manager – Brand Marketing, bringing with her a decade of deep marketing expertise across India’s leading media, mobility, and real estate sectors. Based in Gurugram, Kanika’s appointment comes at a time when ELAN Group is poised to expand its footprint in luxury real estate with bold, customer-first brand strategies.
Before joining ELAN Group in July 2025, Kanika spent over nine years at Times Internet, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the brand identity of key B2B properties such as ET Brand Equity and ET Telecom, with the latter winning the prestigious India’s Best Design Project Award 2023. She spearheaded high-impact campaigns including the ET Budget Campaign—Times Internet’s largest marketing initiative—and drove significant business outcomes such as a 20% increase in app installs and ₹30L+ through social media performance marketing.
Earlier in her career, Kanika led digital and branding initiatives at Ola for its OLACafe food delivery business, and handled creative marketing and partnerships at Kingdom of Dreams and CASHurDRIVE Marketing Ltd. Her rich experience spans integrated marketing strategy, digital campaigns, rebranding, stakeholder management, and performance analytics, making her a strong addition to ELAN Group’s senior leadership team.
At ELAN, Kanika will be leading brand strategy, identity development, and integrated campaigns for a diverse portfolio of luxury commercial and residential projects. Her proven ability to align creative excellence with business objectives will be central to reinforcing ELAN’s reputation as a disruptive force in the real estate sector.
