Ravi Kareliya recently completed 11 months in his role as Employee Benefits Analyst at Waystone, contributing to the company’s global Total Rewards function. Based in Maharashtra and working in a hybrid capacity, Ravi plays a crucial role in analysing, managing, and enhancing the employee benefits structure across international markets.
Before joining Waystone in September 2024, Ravi was associated with DHL Express India as a Human Resources Associate for over three years. There, he specialised in compensation and benefits, driving initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and aligning reward structures with business goals. His strategic input and attention to compliance and employee well-being made him a trusted HR resource within the organisation.
Ravi’s early career began at Khushi Ambient Media Solutions, where he served as an Executive – HR for more than three years. The role laid the foundation for his core HR skills, particularly in payroll, employee relations, and benefits coordination. Despite facing a layoff during the Covid-19 pandemic, Ravi used the opportunity to upskill and re-enter the workforce stronger, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
A double graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from University of Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Atharva Institute of Management Studies, Ravi brings both technical knowledge and a people-first approach to his role.
