Earlier in her career, Chinhita honed her HR leadership capabilities at global information services company Clarivate, and held key managerial positions at Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd., Desun Hospital, and CK Birla Hospitals, managing human capital functions in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Her cross-sector experience has made her adept at navigating complex HR landscapes while driving employee-centric strategies.
