Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Engineering Manager at Salesforce, where he led strategic product development and delivered user-focused technological solutions. His career spans impactful tenures at Glance, Zeta, and VMware, where he drove large-scale, high-performance tech initiatives in fast-evolving product ecosystems.
At Routematic, Chaitanya will focus on scaling the firm’s AI-driven fleet architecture, enhancing Command Centre operations, and deepening predictive analytics and safety systems within the platform. His leadership is expected to accelerate Routematic’s mission of delivering seamless and secure commute solutions to enterprise clients and their employees across India.
Routematic currently operates in 23 Indian cities, catering to the mobility needs of over 350,000 employees across 300 enterprises.
