Ankita’s earlier years at Reckitt saw her managing a ₹300 crore+ P&L, leading high-impact initiatives across Vanish and Mortein. Her deep expertise in consumer insights, digital experimentation, and market expansion helped deliver double-digit growth and set new benchmarks in e-commerce performance. Notably, her personalized Amazon DSP campaign for Vanish achieved 2x industry CTRs and significantly outperformed category peers.

Starting her career with Marico, Ankita played a pivotal role in relaunching Set Wet, delivering record market share gains and pioneering personalization in personal care. Whether redefining SKU strategies for Parachute Advansed or capturing cricket conversations with trend-driven content, she has consistently translated strategic vision into consumer love and market impact.
