Having previously served as Senior Manager at Hero Future Energies until March 2025, Sushant returns to the organization after valuable stints with Alfanar Projects and Sunsure Energy. In these roles, he demonstrated leadership in regulatory approvals, market intelligence, and government affairs. His cross-sector exposure—from EPC to power distribution—positions him as a strategic asset in shaping regulatory strategy and enabling project development for one of India’s fastest-growing clean energy companies.
Sushant’s career began in the conventional power sector with Hindustan Zinc, where he spent four years as an Engineer – Power. Over the next decade, he evolved into a regulatory and business development expert, contributing significantly at organizations like ACME Group and Feedback Infra. From leading bid process management and securing critical statutory approvals to managing multimillion-dollar project pipelines, Sushant has consistently delivered value across clean tech initiatives.
