Sujit Kumar has taken on a pivotal leadership role as the Senior General Manager and Head – Corporate Human Resources at Interarch Building Solutions Limited, bringing with him over two decades of distinguished HR leadership across manufacturing, infrastructure, steel, and chemical industries. This marks Sujit’s second innings with the company, having previously served as Head of Human Resources at Interarch Building Products between 2021 and 2022. Now based out of Noida, he will lead the corporate HR strategy, focusing on culture building, leadership development, and operational HR excellence.
Before his recent appointment, Sujit was Head – Human Resources (Marketing Division) at Matix Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, where he played an instrumental role in driving talent alignment across nationwide sales functions. His brief yet impactful tenure as Cluster Head – HR at Vishakha Group and his stint as AVP – HR at Synergy Steels Limited further cemented his reputation as a plant-level HR strategist with strong execution capabilities.
Sujit’s career includes major leadership roles at Hi-Tech Chemicals, Jindal Stainless, CNH Industrial, and Thermo Fisher Scientific India, where he successfully handled strategic HR transformation, succession planning, university hiring, and leadership coaching. Notably, his achievements at UltraTech Cement, where he worked for nearly six years, showcased his ability to implement people-first policies in highly process-driven environments.
Over the years, Sujit has earned numerous accolades such as the Most Iconic HR Leader Award, Top 50 HR Leaders of Delhi NCR, and HR Excellence Award by Indira Group, among others. These recognitions reflect not only his passion for human capital management but also his capability to lead HR functions at scale.
