Nand Sharma, PMP, CIPM, has taken over as Head – Charging Infrastructure & Projects at Magenta Mobility, marking another strategic addition to the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its mission of electrifying India’s mobility landscape. With over two decades of diverse experience in infrastructure deployment, project management, and operations, Nand brings a wealth of expertise to Magenta’s rapidly growing EV ecosystem. Based in Navi Mumbai, he is poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s charging infrastructure footprint across India.
Before joining Magenta Mobility in May 2025, Nand held the position of Vice President – Infrastructure at BluSmart, where he spearheaded complex infrastructure rollouts and managed large-scale deployments across Gurugram and other regions. His brief yet impactful tenure contributed to BluSmart’s expansion of sustainable mobility solutions. He has consistently demonstrated excellence in project execution, budget optimization, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership.
Earlier, Nand served as National Deployment Head at Summit Digitel, leading strategic initiatives in infrastructure scaling, site deployment, and performance optimization for nearly four years. Prior to that, his notable contributions at Towervision India Pvt Ltd and Bharti Infratel Ltd showcased his mastery in planning, scheduling, and executing massive telecom infrastructure projects — including electrification, tenancy rollouts, and green energy initiatives. At Bharti Infratel, he notably rolled out 100 new sites in a single month, setting a new record in company history.
Throughout his career, Nand has blended hands-on technical know-how with people-first leadership, excelling in stakeholder management, ESG compliance, and innovation in project governance. His early career in coordination roles at Morepen Labs, BD India, and Lurgi India built a strong foundation in business analysis, logistics, and customer-centric operations. These multi-sector experiences now converge to support his leadership at Magenta Mobility, where scalable infrastructure is crucial to EV adoption.
