Prior to joining 91Springboard in May 2025, Tarunn served as General Manager at Lodha Group, where he led high-impact sales initiatives across the real estate portfolio for nearly two years. His tenure was marked by robust performance in customer engagement and deal conversion, reflecting his deep understanding of Mumbai’s dynamic commercial and residential market.
Tarunn also made significant strides during his time at WeWork India, where he spent two years as Manager of Sales, contributing to the brand’s expansion and enterprise acquisition in the coworking segment. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Smartworks as Area Sales Director, managing business development across the Mumbai region, and at CBRE as Assistant Manager, where he sharpened his skills in transaction advisory and corporate leasing.
His entrepreneurial spirit was evident in his venture Cheesecake Baby Apparels, a private label focused on infant wear, where he served as Director for over three years. This diverse experience, coupled with his early career stints at Cushman & Wakefield, Stylus Serviced Offices, and a NYSE-listed REIT, has given Tarunn a unique cross-industry perspective that blends real estate insight with business agility.
