Rajesh Kumar has joined Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager, bringing over 15 years of expertise in SaaS sales, payroll managed services, and HR technology solutions. In his new role, he will spearhead end-to-end sales cycles for Hire-to-Retire HRMS and payroll solutions across India, driving market expansion and building strategic client partnerships.
Prior to this, Rajesh held leadership positions at ADP, TeamLease HRtech, and Ascent HR Technologies, where he delivered consistent business growth through innovative HR automation strategies, client-focused solutions, and large account management. His extensive experience spans payroll compliance, HRIS, workforce management, and enterprise software sales.
He also gained valuable business development and technology sales experience with Moser Baer India Ltd, TenXLabs Technologies, and Saigun Technologies, managing diverse portfolios and implementing cloud-based HR platforms for varied industries.
