With a solid background in managing IT operations across complex environments, Sonu now leads the strategic modernization of IT infrastructure spanning over 1500 users, 50+ interconnected offices, and multiple plants. From streamlining network security to deploying cloud-first initiatives, he has demonstrated exemplary expertise in enabling resilient, secure, and scalable IT systems. His initiatives have resulted in 99.9% system uptime, 25% faster issue resolution, and a 38% improvement in network performance—all while reducing costs significantly.
Before assuming his current role in April 2025, Sonu served Crystal Crop in several progressive capacities, including Senior IT Manager and AGM-IT. Each role showcased his ability to drive IT innovation, establish data centers and NOCs, and lead cross-functional teams in technology transformation. His leadership was instrumental in replacing legacy MPLS systems with modern IPsec tunnels, which not only improved performance but also delivered cost savings of over 20%.
An engineer by qualification, Sonu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (IT & Operations) from the prestigious Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
