Prior to this role, Dhaval served as the Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Security Officer at EMPClaims, where he played a pivotal role in redefining the organization’s product, cloud, and security strategy. He led the development of three SaaS products now used across global teams, achieved over 35% automation of manual processes, implemented a full SOC2 and HIPAA Type 2 compliance framework, and introduced an agile DevOps culture that boosted deployment frequency by 40%. He also successfully led investigations into multiple high-risk security breaches and built secure-by-design architectures to support a remote-first, compliance-driven environment.
Before EMPClaims, Dhaval was a Technical Lead at Celeros Flow Technology, driving digital transformation initiatives, cloud-native modernization, and enterprise-scale DevOps implementations.
