Nitin Hatkar Appointed as Area Head – Operations at Pune Newmark India

With over 13 years of experience in regional operations, business unit management, P&L leadership, and integrated facilities management, Nitin brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, client satisfaction, and high-performing teams. His expertise spans operations governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, business continuity, and service delivery across large, multi-location portfolios.
In his new role, Nitin will lead operations across the Pune region, with a focus on strengthening client partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, delivering exceptional service standards, and building a strong business continuity plan at Newmark India’s expanding IFM business.
Prior to joining Newmark India, Nitin served as General Manager – Business Operations at Logicon Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully managed Integrated Facilities Management operations across Pune, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, leading a large and diverse IFM portfolio. Earlier, as Senior Manager – Technical PAN India Business Operations at CLR Facility Services Pvt. Ltd., he was responsible for regional operations and full P&L ownership across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
During his tenure at SMC India, Nitin played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the Pune branch into one of the organization’s top-performing business units. Under his operation excellence, the branch achieved 3rd rank at the PAN India level while maintaining 100% client satisfaction across managed accounts. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in operational transformation, business continuity planning, process optimization, team development, and strategic client engagement.
