Dr. Swarnpreet Singh has been appointed as Associate Vice President (HR) & Campus Lead at ICICI Lombard, where he will lead the organization’s national campus hiring and early talent strategy. In this leadership role, he will focus on building a future-ready talent pipeline, strengthening university partnerships, enhancing employer branding, and creating impactful campus engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision. With over 15 years of experience in campus hiring, corporate relations, student engagement, and talent acquisition, Singh brings extensive expertise in developing early career talent, fostering academia-industry collaboration, and driving large-scale recruitment programs.
Prior to joining ICICI Lombard, Dr. Singh served as General Manager – Campus at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, where he led large-scale campus hiring initiatives, recruited thousands of graduates annually, and developed a structured campus recruitment framework while strengthening relationships with universities and business leaders. Before that, he worked as Senior Manager – University Relations at DLT Labs, leading campus talent attraction, university partnerships, employer branding initiatives, and early talent programs across engineering and management institutions. He also served as Senior Manager – Placements at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, where he managed placement strategy, recruiter engagement, and student career development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Singh held the position of Client Experience Manager at Great Place to Work® Institute (India), where he focused on customer engagement, client relationships, and organizational culture initiatives. He also worked as Corporate Relations Manager at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur, driving corporate partnerships and industry engagement. Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager at Manikaran Power Ltd. and Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad, leading business development, placements, employer engagement, and stakeholder management. He began his professional journey as Assistant Manager at Amity University, managing campus placements and corporate collaborations, before working as Executive at HDFC Bank, where he gained foundational experience in customer relationship management and financial services.
Throughout his career, Dr. Swarnpreet Singh has collaborated with more than 200 universities and educational institutions while engaging with over one lakh students through campus recruitment, employer branding, career development, and talent engagement initiatives.
