Jayant Kumar Yadav has been appointed as Unit Head – General Administration at Fortis Healthcare, Manesar bringing over 12 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, quality management, and non-clinical operations. In his new role, he will oversee general administration, operational efficiency, statutory compliance, facility management, and service excellence while supporting Fortis Healthcare’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Fortis Healthcare, Jayant served as Divisional Operations Manager at Artemis Hospitals. Before that, he spent over seven years with Narayana Health, where he held leadership roles including Head of Operations – Senior Manager, driving non-clinical operations across OPD, IPD, food & beverage services, quality accreditation, compliance, stakeholder management, and hospital process optimization. His ability to streamline operations and enhance service delivery contributed significantly to improving patient experience and organizational performance.
Earlier in his career, Jayant gained valuable healthcare consulting and operational exposure through internships with Aster Medcity, Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd., and Jagjivan Ram Hospital. He also built a strong clinical foundation as a Prosthetist & Orthotist with Ottobock and Saket Orthopaedic Appliances Centre, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both patient care and hospital administration.
