Navuluri Srinivas has been appointed as General Manager – Fleet at Sanghvi Movers Limited, marking another significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. With nearly 13 years of dedicated service at Sanghvi Movers, he has consistently demonstrated leadership, accountability, and innovative thinking in strengthening maintenance excellence across the company’s fleet operations. In his new role, he will lead strategic maintenance initiatives focused on improving asset availability, minimizing revenue loss, and enhancing operational efficiency while ensuring customer centricity remains the organization’s primary agenda.
Prior to this appointment, Navuluri served as Assistant General Manager – Maintenance, Senior Manager – Fleet, and Fleet Manager at Sanghvi Movers Limited, where he established himself as an expert in handling crane operations and maintenance management, with deep expertise across telescopic and hydraulic cranes. His result-driven approach significantly enhanced maintenance department performance through preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives, while also driving SAP-based maintenance applications and digitization processes to improve operational visibility, reliability, and client confidence.
Before joining Sanghvi Movers, Navuluri worked as Senior Engineer at Madhucon Projects Limited, where he managed the maintenance of heavy earth-moving equipment, including hydraulic excavators, graders, loaders, tippers, and crusher plants. He was also responsible for preventive maintenance execution, cost analysis, forecasting, and machinery performance optimization. Earlier, he began his professional journey as a Mechanical Engineer at Soma Enterprise Ltd., gaining valuable experience in vehicle and heavy machinery repair and maintenance.
With over 17 years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment maintenance, asset reliability, and operational excellence, Navuluri brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to his new role.
