Raghvendra Shukla has joined MASCO NuAg as Director, bringing with him over two decades of leadership experience across agribusiness, crop solutions, sales strategy, and business operations. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, strengthening market presence, and advancing the company’s vision in the agriculture and agri-inputs sector.
Prior to joining MASCO NuAg, Raghvendra served at Indoin Business Group, where he held key leadership positions including Business Head – India Operations and Head – Sales & Marketing. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding operations, strengthening sales channels, and driving business growth across the Indian market through strategic execution and customer-focused initiatives.
Before that, he spent over eleven years with PI Industries Ltd, steadily progressing through leadership roles including Regional Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager. Across these assignments, he led operations across North-West India, developed strong distribution networks, and contributed significantly to market expansion and business performance in key agricultural regions.
Earlier in his career, Raghvendra worked with Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd and UPL Limited, building a strong foundation in sales management, channel development, and agribusiness operations. His extensive industry expertise, combined with a deep understanding of the agricultural ecosystem, positions him strongly to lead MASCO NuAg into its next phase of growth and innovation.
