Jayadev Sirimalla has been appointed as Senior Manager – HR & Admin at Ameenji Rubber Limited, a role he has been successfully holding since May 2019. With over 17 years of experience across manufacturing and EPC sectors, he brings deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and workforce management. His appointment reflects his consistent contributions and leadership in building strong HR frameworks aligned with business growth.
Before joining Ameenji Rubber Limited, Jayadev gained extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. He worked with RCC-MBZ Infra Ventures Limited on Asia’s largest Metro Depot Project in Mankhurd, Mumbai. He was also associated with ECI Engineering & Construction Limited, where he played a key role in the Jiribam–Tupul Railway Project in Manipur, contributing to Remote Area Tunnel No. 11A at Thingou Village and Tunnels 23, 24, 25, and 26 at Nuney Village. Additionally, he was involved in the 100MW Hydro Project in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. He began his professional journey in recruitment with Intercon International Pvt. Ltd., building strong foundations in talent acquisition and HR practices.
In his current role, Jayadev leads end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of over 500 employees across multiple manufacturing units. He drives workforce planning, payroll governance, and ensures 100% statutory compliance across PF, ESI, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements. He also plays a key role in managing industrial relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement, positioning himself as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Beyond HR, he oversees administration, facilities, security, transport, and other support services, ensuring seamless organizational operations. He has been instrumental in developing HRMIS dashboards, strengthening HR analytics, and implementing retention strategies through structured exit analysis and engagement initiatives. His ability to collaborate with government authorities and auditors further strengthens compliance and operational discipline.
