In his new capacity, Vishal will focus on aligning business growth with cutting-edge technology initiatives, enabling scalable solutions and deeper market penetration across key geographies. His mandate includes fostering innovation,enhancing product value propositions, and building strategic partnerships toaccelerate NORDShield’s regional and global footprint.
He brings over two decades of diverse experience across organizations such as Polygiene, SCIESSENT LLC, Nano-Tex Inc, Lakeland Chemicals (I) Ltd, Textil Chemie Dr. Petry, D.R.Dychem (I) Ltd, and Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited.Throughout his career, he has built a strong foundation in technical innovation,commercial strategy, and global operations across the textile and specialty chemicals ecosystem.
At Polygiene, Vishal held multiple senior leadership roles including Vice President – Global Mill Operations & Strategy and Global Director – Technical &Commercial. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in driving global businessgrowth, strengthening operational efficiencies, and delivering technical excellence across international markets.
