Prior to this role, Nikhil served as the Vice President and Head of Retail Operational Excellence & Growth at Bata India, where he led a ₹2900 Cr business portfolio covering COCO, Franchise, SIS, and multi-channel formats. His mandate spanned P&L ownership, digital transformation, real estate expansion, operational governance, customer-first initiatives, and new business incubation—cementing his position as a key driver of strategic growth and turnaround success within the organization.

During his tenure at Bata India, he also led initiatives in retail transformation, brand portfolio development, AI-led operational innovation, and new-age technology deployment, enabling the brand to build scalable systems, unlock whitespace opportunity, and re-establish competitive advantage. Earlier, he spearheaded high-impact leadership roles across House of Anita Dongre, Benetton Group, and Puma, where he drove store expansion, merchandising strategy, category development, franchise scaling, and region-wide retail profitability.

With over 15 years of experience across premium lifestyle, fashion, franchise-led retail models, and operational excellence, Nikhil is recognized for his ability to balance growth acceleration with operational discipline and customer experience excellence. His new leadership mandate at Beverly Hills Polo Club Lifestyle Global will focus on scale, transformation, category expansion, channel diversification, digital enablement, and unlocking the next phase of global retail growth for the brand.
