In his elevated role, Vinammra is responsible for steering the HR agenda across two major zones, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and talent priorities. He leads strategic initiatives across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compliance, while also strengthening the HR governance framework. His ability to synergize teams across North and East clusters positions him as a key enabler of organizational growth.
Prior to this elevation, Vinammra served as Zonal HR – HRBP & TA for North 1, where he successfully managed regional HR teams and executed high-impact employee lifecycle initiatives. His leadership in attrition management, talent strategy, and employee engagement played a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and building a strong talent pipeline. The success of his team-based HR model became a benchmark within the organization.
Before joining Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Vinammra held the role of Zonal Manager – AVP HR at IndusInd Bank, where he led HR operations for 123+ branches across liability sales and branch banking. His previous leadership positions at BYJU’S, Max Life Insurance, Bharti Airtel, and Access Technology enriched him with deep cross-industry experience in HR policies, compliance, talent management, and organizational culture development.
