Litika Mehta has joined Pyramid Consulting, Inc as Associate Vice President Marketing, where she is leading strategic brand positioning, growth marketing programs, and global demand generation initiatives. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening the organization’s market presence across workforce solutions, staffing, technology consulting, and digital transformation offerings.
Before this, Litika served as Marketing Director at Compunnel Inc., where she built the marketing function from the ground up. She defined the strategic charter, structured teams across brand, content, digital, and product marketing, and led data-driven go-to-market initiatives across IT consulting, cybersecurity, healthcare staffing, and enterprise workforce solutions. Her leadership contributed to scalable pipeline growth and enhanced enterprise brand recognition.
Prior to that, she worked as Global Marketing Director at TSP – The Silicon Partners Inc, where she led omnichannel marketing campaigns and high-impact co-marketing initiatives in partnership with technology ecosystems such as SAP, AWS, and Google Cloud. Her work drove large-scale digital engagement and strengthened sales pipeline acceleration across enterprise accounts and partner networks.
Earlier in her career, Litika held leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Artech Information Systems, Zamil New Delhi Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Orienta Cine Advertising Pvt. Ltd., and began her professional journey with Times of India. Across these positions, she has consistently driven integrated marketing programs, partnership-led GTM activation, analyst and media relations, and brand storytelling for global technology and services organizations.
