Ritesh Joshi has joined Kirloskar Ferrous as Chief Human Resources, where he is leading people strategy, organizational culture, leadership development, and workforce transformation for the company. In this role, he is driving HR initiatives that strengthen capability building, enhance industrial relations maturity, and align talent systems with business growth across the manufacturing footprint.
Before stepping into this role, Ritesh served as Regional Senior Director – People and Culture (India) at Vontier, where he led end-to-end HR strategy, organizational development, culture-building programs, and stakeholder alignment across multiple business units. His work contributed to strengthening performance systems, leadership enablement, and HR operational excellence across a diverse workforce.
Prior to that, he was the Director – Human Resources at Gilbarco Veeder-Root India, where he focused on building strong organizational effectiveness frameworks, developing talent pipelines, and supporting business restructuring and transformation priorities. His leadership played an important role in strengthening people practices and employee experience.
Ritesh also spent more than 13 years with Cummins India in multiple human resources leadership roles across labour relations, business unit HR, plant HR, and strategic workforce management. Earlier in his career, he held key HR roles at General Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, building a strong foundation in manufacturing HR, capability development, and organization-wide engagement programs.
