Mahesh Kumar BV has joined Vimta Labs Ltd as Vice President – Human Resources. In his new role, he will spearhead HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.
Before joining Vimta Labs Ltd, Mahesh served as Head – HR (Emerging Markets) at MSN Laboratories for over six years, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR operations across global markets and strengthening talent engagement frameworks.
Earlier, he worked with Pfizer Healthcare India Ltd as HR Business Partner, contributing to organizational culture building, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. His prior experience also includes HR leadership roles at Quantum Clothing India Pvt Ltd, Beam Telecom, and Ramoji Film City, where he managed diverse people management portfolios.
Mahesh began his HR career with Voltas Limited – A Tata Enterprise, gaining a strong foundation in human resources and industrial relations. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in HR strategy, business partnering, and talent management to his new leadership role at Vimta Labs.
