Prior to joining Max Estates, Vachan served as Business Head at Adani Realty, where he successfully led multiple residential and commercial projects, overseeing strategy, execution, and business expansion initiatives. He played a key role in enhancing operational performance and aligning project outcomes with the company’s long-term goals. His tenure at Adani Realty reinforced his ability to balance large-scale project management with a strong focus on profitability and quality delivery.
Earlier, Vachan held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Oberoi Realty, where he led operations and development for projects in the Thane region. His tenure was marked by multiple industry accolades, including the COO of the Year 2022 and recognition for Outstanding Contribution in real estate operations. He also held senior leadership positions at L&T Realty, Mahagun Group, and Tata Housing Development Company Limited, where he managed landmark projects spanning over 25 million sq. ft. and contributed to several award-winning developments recognized by CII and PMI.
