Before joining Visteon, Uday spent more than a decade at Amazon, where he held several strategic leadership roles across different business divisions. Most recently, he served as Head of Business Development and Strategy for Amazon Reward Ads, leading monetization strategy, GTM planning, and advertiser growth initiatives. His impactful leadership helped drive customer engagement and expand Amazon’s digital ecosystem through innovative reward-based ad programs.

During his tenure at Amazon, Uday also led the Amazon Prime 3P Partnerships division, where he built and scaled Prime membership collaborations with major FMCG, OEM, D2C, and banking partners across India. As Business Head – Corporate Payouts at Amazon Pay, he managed end-to-end P&L for tech-enabled payment solutions, driving growth in fintech, gaming, and travel segments. His strategic vision and execution have been instrumental in driving business expansion and partner success across multiple verticals.

Earlier in his career, Uday contributed to Flipkart and Virtual Space Infotech, where he gained foundational experience in enterprise business development and channel management.
