Before taking on this pivotal role at Indira University, Dr. Jaiswal served as Director – Corporate Relations and Campus Placements at MIT World Peace University, where he was instrumental in driving high-impact placement strategies, fostering strong industry alliances, and establishing new benchmarks in student employability. His tenure at Lovely Professional University as Director – Industry Interface further underscored his expertise in building robust engagement models between academia and the corporate world, enhancing the university’s reputation as a hub for industry-ready talent.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Jaiswal held key leadership positions at renowned institutions such as IPS Academy, Chameli Devi Group of Institutions, and Acropolis Group of Institutions, where he played a central role in conceptualizing and executing strategic placement frameworks, nurturing corporate relationships, and guiding thousands of students toward successful professional pathways. His experience also extends beyond academia—he has previously worked with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Maa Gayatri Industries in senior managerial roles, gaining firsthand exposure to industry operations and global business dynamics.
