In his new role at Amrit Cement Limited, Shachindra Nath Pathak leads HR operations, digitalization initiatives, and employee engagement programs, focusing on innovation through HR analytics, OKRs, and AI-driven practices. Before joining Amrit Cement Limited, he served as Head – Human Resources & Compliance at Sudhir Power Ltd., where he managed HR functions across multiple plants and branches. His key initiatives included employee wellness programs, rewards and recognition strategies, and robust compliance management systems. Under his leadership, Sudhir Power Ltd. strengthened its employer brand and improved workforce alignment with strategic goals.
Earlier, Shachindra Nath Pathak was associated with Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Labour Law Compliance, ensuring legal adherence, internal audits, and risk mitigation. He also worked with Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited as Head of Establishment Compliance for MNC clients, handling large-scale statutory compliance management for corporate clients.
