Ridhhi Sanghi has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer at TurboHire, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. With a remarkable career spanning HR, talent management, and organizational development across multiple sectors, Ridhhi has been instrumental in shaping people strategies, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
Before assuming the COO role, Ridhhi served as VP & Head – People Success, Finance & Funding, and Director & Head – People Success at TurboHire, where she focused on scaling the organization, designing robust talent frameworks, and onboarding top talent. Prior to TurboHire, she spent over four years at Cipla in multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for R&D, and Manager of OD and Talent Management. At Cipla, Ridhhi led transformative initiatives such as implementing the MiRole banding framework for 25,000+ employees, driving SCM productivity optimization, launching the first-ever promotions cycle post banding, and creating comprehensive career architectures for Finance and Director-level talent.
Ridhhi’s experience also includes roles at GSK as a Summer Intern and at TRITCO Engineering Training and Consultancy as Assistant Project Manager, which helped her build a strong foundation in project management and process optimization. In her new role at TurboHire, she is responsible for leading operations, strengthening organizational processes, and enabling strategic growth, further cementing TurboHire’s position as a leader in the HR tech space.
