Anant Rastogi has been appointed as Associate Vice President at Polycab Telecom, a leading provider of end-to-end passive networking solutions in India. In his new role, Anant will be responsible for driving strategic business growth, expanding telecom infrastructure partnerships, and strengthening Polycab’s position in the fast-evolving connectivity and digital infrastructure market.
Prior to joining Polycab Telecom, Anant served as Assistant Vice President at Sterlite Power, where he played a crucial role in customer engagement, sales strategy, and negotiation for power transmission projects across India and international markets. Over his two-year tenure, he contributed significantly to enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving consistent sales growth, particularly in hybrid and digital power solutions.
Before Sterlite Power, Anant worked as General Manager – Marketing at Lumino Industries Limited, where he was responsible for business development and sales of cables and conductors across multiple global regions, including Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. His leadership in solution selling for renewable energy projects and development of high-performance conductor technologies helped Lumino strengthen its footprint in international power markets.
Earlier in his career, Anant held key managerial positions at Compaq International and Sterlite Power, where he handled major accounts in utilities, renewables, and EPC sectors. He successfully led business operations across India, SAARC, and EMEA regions, delivering strong revenue growth and managing multimillion-rupee portfolios. His experience also includes strategic roles at New Northeast Electric India Pvt. Ltd. and Raychem RPG, where he specialized in power transmission, renewable solutions, and sales channel expansion.
