Yasmeen Shaikh has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Lumen Technologies India. Based in Bengaluru, she takes on this leadership role to drive people strategy, foster organizational culture, and strengthen employee experiences as the company continues to expand its footprint in the region.
Yasmeen Shaikh brings over two decades of rich HR leadership experience across global technology and healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at NextGen Healthcare India, where she co-led a global HCM transformation and played a critical role in building a people-first culture post acquisition. Earlier, she also held senior HR leadership roles at Informatica LLC, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and Ivega.
Known for her expertise in transformation, culture building, and employee engagement, Yasmeen Shaikh has successfully managed large and diverse workforces across industries. At Informatica LLC, she spearheaded organizational rebranding and culture redefinition, while at Infosys Technologies Ltd, she managed global HR strategy for Finacle and multiple business units spanning over 8,000 employees across 77 countries.
With her proven ability to design people strategies that align with business goals, Yasmeen Shaikh is set to shape Lumen Technologies India’s HR agenda to enhance employee growth, drive innovation in workplace practices, and strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice.
