Ravi Rungta has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Prospecta Technologies, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in operations, business analysis, and client relationship management. Based in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Ravi will be steering the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and growth initiatives in the technology and digital solutions space.
Before joining Prospecta Technologies in August 2025, Ravi served as Vice President – Operations at WNS Global Services, where he managed multi-location operations across Vizag, Nashik, Indore, and Pune. His tenure at WNS was marked by a strong focus on business analysis, account management, and process optimization, ensuring superior client delivery and operational efficiency.
Previously, Ravi held the role of Delivery Leader at Concentrix from 2016 to 2023, leading large-scale delivery operations and driving customer engagement initiatives. He also spent over eight years at Firstsource, progressing through key leadership positions including Deputy General Manager – Operations, Senior Manager – Operations, and Manager – Operations. In these roles, he built high-performance teams, implemented robust CRM strategies, and enhanced client satisfaction across diverse industry verticals.
Ravi’s proven track record in managing large-scale operations, coupled with his expertise in CRM, account management, and business process transformation, makes him an ideal leader to guide Prospecta Technologies into its next phase of expansion.
