In his new role, he will contribute to strengthening the company’s formulation development, process optimisation, and quality compliance to meet both domestic and international regulatory standards.
Before joining Optimus Drugs, Revannath worked with Piramal Pharma Limited as a Research and Development Scientist, where he played a key role in developing innovative pharmaceutical solutions, enhancing process efficiencies, and ensuring adherence to stringent industry guidelines. His contributions in R&D helped advance multiple projects from the laboratory stage to commercial production.
Earlier in his career, he served as Sr. Officer at Lupin, focusing on manufacturing operations, process improvement, and quality control, and as Executive at Megafine Pharma P Limited, where he gained strong hands-on experience in API manufacturing, regulatory documentation, and production planning. This well-rounded industry exposure has equipped him with a deep understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical operations.
With a strong technical foundation and proven expertise across leading pharma companies, Revannath is well-positioned to support Optimus Drugs in achieving its growth objectives.
