Shambhavi Swamy Kulkarni has been appointed as Regional Head – Sales at iSprout Business Centres. In her new role, she will lead regional sales strategy and business growth initiatives from the company’s Pune office, with a strong focus on B2B client acquisition and operational excellence.
With over a decade of experience in sales leadership, interior design, and customer success, Shambhavi brings a unique blend of creative and strategic capabilities. Prior to joining iSprout, she held multiple leadership roles at Livspace, including General Manager – Sales, General Manager – Design, and AGM – Projects & Experience, where she was instrumental in scaling regional operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering high-value projects.
Her earlier stints include key roles at Arrivae, Urban Ladder, and Ochre Design, where she handled project management, team leadership, space planning, and cross-functional coordination. With hands-on experience across both client-facing and design execution functions, Shambhavi has consistently driven end-to-end project delivery while ensuring excellence in service and customer engagement.
An alumna of Sinhgad College of Architecture, Pune, she holds a diploma in Interior Design and began her career in Goa before moving into dynamic leadership roles across India.
Her appointment at iSprout signals a strong commitment to customer-centric growth and design-led innovation in India’s co-working and managed office space segment.
