Prabha Karhana has joined ADM (Archer Daniels Midland Company) as General Manager – Human Resources, marking a pivotal addition to the company’s senior leadership team in India. Based in Gurugram, Prabha will spearhead HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation efforts, leveraging her extensive 20+ years of experience across global HR landscapes.
Prior to joining ADM, Prabha spent over 12 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where she played multiple strategic roles, most recently serving as Human Resources Leader – Asia Pacific. In this capacity, she was instrumental in executing regional people strategies, talent management programs, and leadership development initiatives across Singapore, India, and other emerging Asian markets. Her earlier roles at Harley-Davidson included HR Business Partner responsibilities at both regional HQ and in-market levels, contributing to significant organizational growth and cultural integration.
Prabha began her career with HCL Infosystems and went on to work with marquee organizations including Coca-Cola India, Prysmian (General Cable Corporation), and Honeywell, where she held senior HR leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has been known for aligning people agendas with business priorities, leading workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management with measurable impact. Her versatile experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology sectors adds considerable depth to her new role at ADM.
