In his current role, Chandrakantt plays a strategic role in strengthening Shilpa Medicare’s robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), with a focus on continual improvement, document control, deviation handling, risk management, and CAPA execution. He is also actively involved in ensuring audit and regulatory compliance with global standards including GCP, GLP, and GMP, thereby supporting the organization’s clinical and commercial excellence across Contract Manufacturing and Research Services.
Before joining Shilpa Medicare Ltd., Chandrakantt held key QA leadership positions at Advenza Global Limited, Coral Laboratories Ltd, and Sovereign Pharma (P) Ltd. In these roles, he led regulatory and client audits, handled domestic and export QA operations, and reinforced quality standards through successful implementation of validation systems and audit preparedness—working extensively with USFDA and EU compliance frameworks.
His early career experience at Ajanta Pharma Ltd. provided a strong foundation in regulatory submissions, market complaint management, and QMS operations, particularly in handling inspections from stringent global regulatory authorities.
