Having joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals in September 2024 as Assistant General Manager for the Ortho Division, Manmohan has already made a significant impact by managing key brands like NuPTH and launching Calcirol-Fast—an aqueous-based injectable Vitamin D formulation. His contributions in revitalizing the osteoporosis portfolio and driving focused brand performance laid the foundation for his rapid progression within the company. In just 10 months, his blend of innovation and execution propelled him into the leadership spotlight.
Prior to Cadila, Manmohan served as Marketing Head at Obsurge Biotech Ltd., where he successfully steered growth across flagship brands like Seradic-P and Emestat-24, the latter being a breakthrough formulation in the treatment of nausea during pregnancy. He also led a large commercial team of over 500 professionals and orchestrated the successful launch of several market-leading products. His earlier leadership roles at Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals, Avis Life Care, and Ozone Pharmaceuticals equipped him with the skill set to lead complex brand portfolios, manage high-performing teams, and consistently exceed market expectations.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Manmohan is widely respected for his ability to combine scientific insight with strategic marketing. His elevation at Cadila is expected to further strengthen the company’s brand positioning in key therapeutic categories, including orthopaedics, women’s health, and chronic therapies.
