Prior to this, Yogesh served as Senior Executive – Human Resources at NISCOM Tele Infra, where he spent over two years overseeing end-to-end HR processes in Delhi. His responsibilities ranged from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. This role was a culmination of his continued growth through earlier assignments, where he developed a holistic understanding of workforce management and organizational development.
Yogesh’s journey in the HR domain spans across reputable organizations such as KRBL Limited, where he worked in the world’s largest rice processing plant, and Velocis Systems Private Limited, where he strengthened his foundation in recruitment, MIS reporting, and HRIS systems. His early career at Park Group of Hospitals provided a valuable grounding in compliance and personnel management, setting the tone for his future leadership in the HR space.
An MBA in Human Resources from Mangalmay Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida, Yogesh is recognized for his versatility in handling diverse HR functions including employee relations, legal compliance, onboarding, performance appraisals, and international visa processing. With his new position at Mahi Group, he is expected to lead HR operations with strategic insight, fostering a culture of engagement, efficiency, and compliance in an international setup.
