Ritesh Jha has been appointed as the Talent Acquisition Head at Lloyds Technology Centre India, where he will lead strategic hiring initiatives and talent transformation programs for the organization’s expanding technology operations in India. Based in Hyderabad, Ritesh will be responsible for strengthening Lloyds’ employer brand, building future-ready recruitment frameworks, and enabling business-aligned talent strategies to support the company’s growth vision.
Ritesh brings over two decades of rich HR and recruitment leadership experience across global banking, financial services, and technology sectors. Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Vice President – Tech Recruiting (Asia) at Citi India, where he played a key role in driving large-scale technology hiring across the Asia region. He successfully led program enablement initiatives around automation, location strategy, assessments, and DEI integration, along with establishing new-age tech Centers of Excellence.
Before his tenure at Citi, Ritesh held several impactful leadership roles, including TA Head – India & Philippines and Global TA Head – BPO Business at FIS, and Director – BFSI Practice, Talent Acquisition at Allegis Global Solutions, where he delivered over 6,000+ hires across levels while leading transformation in automation, branding, and advisory-led TA practices. Earlier in his career, he served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Info Edge India Ltd., where he built a global recruiting CoE, and also led TA for Citi Technology Center India, overseeing one of Citi’s largest brownfield expansions outside the USA.
Ritesh’s career foundation includes impactful HR and recruitment stints at global organizations such as GE, Sun Life Financial, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Infosys, where he contributed to enterprise-level talent strategy, HR policy standardization, and leadership hiring. His early career as a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach adds a unique people-centric perspective to his leadership style—emphasizing holistic employee engagement and organizational culture.
