At Experion Developers, Paurush has been instrumental in driving major real estate launches. He led the channel partner activation for Experion Trillion in Gurugram, successfully onboarding and activating over 200 partners and contributing ₹350+ crore in business within a short span. His proactive relationship management and market analysis have helped optimize sales outcomes and deepen partner collaboration. Prior to his current role, as Deputy Manager, he led the successful launch of Experion Elements in Noida, generating over ₹300 crore in sales during the launch phase and earning the Sales Achiever of the Year award.
Before joining Experion Developers, Paurush W. was with Smartworld Developers in Gurugram, where he excelled in channel sales for residential projects. During his tenure, he achieved remarkable results including record-breaking sales of ₹300 crore for Smartworld Gems and significant contributions to Smartworld Orchard Sector 61, driving ₹43 crore in sales. His consistent high performance earned him the “Mr. Alpha” award from Pankaj Bansal, recognizing his excellence in sales leadership.
Earlier, Paurush W. was associated with Hero Realty Private Limited, where he played a key role in activating and managing more than 110 channel partners across Delhi NCR and Tier-2 cities. His contributions to Hero Homes Gurugram were vital in achieving over ₹165 crore in residential sales and expanding the company’s market presence. Starting as a Management Trainee and progressing through roles of increasing responsibility, he gained deep experience in channel sales, partner engagement, and dealer branding coordination across NCR.
Paurush began his career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at DRA Homes in Chennai, where he built his foundational understanding of real estate marketing and client engagement. Over the years, his journey from trainee to senior manager demonstrates his consistent growth, adaptability, and excellence in driving sales across India’s top real estate developers.
