Surender Singh Budhwar has taken charge as General Manager – Quality and Head of Central QA at EPACK Durable Limited, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. With over 16 years of rich experience in quality management, manufacturing excellence, and operational leadership, Surender brings deep expertise in driving continuous improvement, implementing robust quality systems, and fostering a culture of excellence across large-scale production environments.
Before joining EPACK Durable, Surender was associated with Vikas Group as Deputy General Manager – QA, where he led the quality assurance function for all manufacturing facilities of Pranav Vikas. In this role, he played a key part in standardizing quality processes, enhancing supplier quality, and ensuring adherence to international compliance standards.
Earlier, he spent over six years with Havells India Limited – Lloyd, where he progressed through several leadership roles including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager – Quality Assurance. During his tenure, he successfully managed new product validation, customer quality improvement, and integrated management systems such as ISO 50001, positioning Lloyd as a benchmark for quality in the air-conditioning segment.
His career also includes valuable stints with Blue Star Limited as Regional Manager – Quality, Subros Limited as Deputy Manager, and Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. as Engineer in IQC. Across these organizations, Surender contributed significantly to developing quality frameworks, improving product reliability, and driving end-to-end process efficiency.
At EPACK Durable, Surender is set to lead the central QA operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, focusing on quality innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable performance. His leadership is expected to strengthen EPACK’s commitment to delivering durable, high-quality products and ensuring excellence across its diverse product lines.
