Prior to joining Mathrubhumi, Gayatri served as Head of Human Resources & Administration at Asianet News Media & Indigomusic Radio, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business growth, overseeing both people operations and organizational development. Her impactful journey at Asianet spanned over seven years in various capacities, including leading the company’s HR function and designing employee benefits, diversity initiatives, and robust performance management systems.
Gayatri’s earlier career spans leadership roles at MMTV Ltd – Malayala Manorama Television, SunTec Business Solutions, and Manorama Online, where she managed large-scale hiring, drove OD initiatives, and successfully led end-to-end HR functions. Her career highlights include spearheading the recruitment of over 200 professionals for a GEC channel launch and transforming HR communication frameworks within tech-driven enterprises.
